Look for Ways to Add Value

If your goal is to become wealthy, you have to know how wealth is created.

The answer is contained in two words: “add value.”

All wealth comes from adding value in some way. All wealth comes from serving and satisfying your customers better than they could be served and satisfied by someone else.

Wealth is the result of adding value to them in a way that no one else can match.

In your job, you should be looking for ways every day and every week to add value and to become more valuable than you were before.

Throughout your career, your main focus must be to constantly seek out ways that you can add value to your boss, to your co-workers, to your customers, to your suppliers, and to everyone else and anyone upon whom you rely for your success.

This should be your motto: “Add value, add value, add value!”

The more value you add to people’s lives, the more they will follow you.

As a matter of fact, one company I worked for had a measurable requirement for each sales person to “add value” and document exactly how it was accomplished. Not only measure, but we had to have our customers sign an acknoledgement letter. It worked.

I love this post! I think alot of it also has to do with believing that we are worth that value!

Thank you, Brian, for adding value to our lives by contributing this post.

You can add value by selling products and services.

Later, you can figure out a way to give your clients/customers a fab experience after the purchase has been made.

Even before the purchase, you must strive to please the customer.

Find out what your customers want: underpromise and overdeliver every time. That is the way to excel.

You can also add value by constantly looking at new ways of doing things.
How can your business help enhance the customer’s experience? Make the customer’s life easier? Put a smile of joy on the client’s face? That is the key to adding value.

    Cheers.

    Great point Brian.
Like you say, whatever you put in you will get out, the law of sowing and reaping.

Adding value continually will give you a lot to reap.

    Hi Brian,

    Add value, become valuable.

You can’t possibly become valuable before adding a tremendous amount of value to any exchange. The more value added, the more valuable you become.

Thanks for sharing and have a powerful day!

    Ryan
