I would like to thank you for your inspiration you have given me at your seminars. My sales at that time were on average $25,000/month in the stationery industry. Obviously this industry is as competitive as most with my position pushing mostly foreign brands up against Australian made products. After the seminar, almost 12 months ago, I started trying different methods. I have purchased many of your books and have started collecting your range of audio tapes and videos and have implemented your methods into my sales presentations and techniques. Last month my sales finished at $89,585. My business cards now say Consultant rather than Sales Representative and I believe my increase in sales was NO luck. I am 25 years of age with no real sales training or experience. This is my 4th year in this field and my attitude to my position has definitely changed since seeing your seminar. This is a no B.S. video on what it takes to sell by phone. Whether you're setting appointments or closing the deal by phone it really doesn't matter. This is a hard hitting video. I like the Brian's no nonsense approach to selling. They're either a high probability prospect or not. The book teaches you how to get in and out of calls quickly and find the buyers today. This has helped me a lot.
